Enrollment Process
This is where you will find the steps for both new and returning to complete the enrollment process.
New Students
If this year will be your child's first time to attend Traditions Education, they are considered a new student and will need to complete ALL of the following steps BEFORE July 15:
Complete this digital online Enrollment Form. You will be provided a hardcopy for you to sign before the semester begins.
Enrollment Fee
A one-time $500 enrollment fee is required for all new students. This can be paid one of two ways:
1. Zelle payment using the email address PAYMENT@TraditionsEducation.com
2. Personal check written out to Traditions Education
Every student will be assessed at the beginning of each year for both Math and English Language proficiency (reading, writing, comprehension). Use the link to schedule one 30-min slot for each of your children.
If your child will be entering Middle School or High School this year, they will need to complete the Character Skills Snapshot. You will need to create a family account, pay the fee, and have your child complete the snapshot within the next several days. The snapshot results will be emailed to you, which you will need to forward to Admissions@TraditionsEducation.com.
Every family is required to have at least one adult serve on a committee or volunteer for a combined total of 20 hours during each school year. Volunteer hours can be acquired through a variety of events and opportunities to help on campus including class parties, story reading time, teaching a Life Training Skills Course, helping with Field Day, etc. One adult member from each family must complete this form and choose to either join a committee or become a designated volunteer. There are a limited number of spots on each committee. Parents who sign up after all committees are full will be designated to Volunteer status. All committees and volunteers will work in coordination with school administration for support.
We will hold a Fun Family Social before school begins, in order for our new student body families to meet and make connections. All members of every family are invited to attend. This social event will include games, food, and important information for beginning the school year. New students will be sorted into their houses, and all students will have the opportunity to tour their classrooms and meet their teachers. Please use the link to vote on the best Saturday to hold this event.
Returning Students
Please read the following information carefully. The items below will apply to most of our returning students. ALL of the following steps must be completed BEFORE July 15:
